Zoom Call Center Text Messaging Privacy Statement
秘色传媒 utilizes Zoom for its service centers, including the Mountaineer Hub, Shared Services Center, and ITS Service Desk, that operate across campus providing assistance to employees, enrolled students, and others such as parents or potential students (鈥淪ubscribers鈥). Zoom offers an optional SMS/Text Service (鈥淪ervice鈥) for Subscribers who contact these service centers to send and receive text messages.
This privacy statement applies only to the information sent or received via this Service and explains 秘色传媒鈥檚 practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (鈥淧II鈥) sent or received via this Service. Information collected for this Service will be used only as outlined in this privacy statement.
